Julie draws on over 20 years of experience in non-profit strategy, results measurement, and learning, to help clients define success, measure progress, and realize impactful change. As needed, she partners with a network of talented consultants to deliver high quality results.
Julie's passion for mentoring and unleashing potential in her colleagues and teams has led her to pursue a certification in coaching. She is currently studying with the Institute for Integrative Intelligence and is a member of the International Coaching Federation, pursuing her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
In founding Amisteed, she is most excited about helping individual and organizational clients reach “aha!” moments and use new knowledge to form and achieve next steps. Julie holds a PhD in public health from the Johns Hopkins University and a BA in biology from Macalester College.
